These terms govern the use of services provided by Future House Academy. By engaging our services, you agree to the following conditions.
Scope of Services
Future House Academy provides statistical consulting, data analysis, and academic research support services. The specific deliverables, timeline, and scope for each project are agreed upon before work begins. Any changes to the agreed scope may affect the timeline and cost, which will be communicated in advance.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined in the project proposal shared before engagement. For standard projects, we typically work with an upfront deposit before work begins and the remaining balance upon delivery. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit card, and PayPal. All fees are quoted in GBP unless otherwise agreed.
Revisions & Delivery
Each project includes a reasonable number of revisions as specified in the project agreement. We deliver work within the agreed timeline and will notify you promptly if any delays are expected. Final deliverables are provided in the formats agreed upon at the start of the project.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all deliverables (reports, code, analyses) become your property. We retain no ownership rights over your data or the final outputs. We may retain anonymised, non-identifiable process knowledge for internal improvement purposes only.
Limitations
Our analyses and recommendations are based on the data and information you provide. We do our best to ensure accuracy, but statistical results depend on data quality and the assumptions underlying each method. We are not responsible for decisions made based on our deliverables. Our services do not constitute legal, medical, or financial advice.
Governing Law & Disputes
